1. Shipping Scope
We currently ship to all regions within Australia.
Locations outside Australia are not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fee
All orders include free shipping.
Taxes:
All listed product prices already include applicable taxes.
3. Cut-off Time
Orders paid before 18:00 (Australia/Sydney time) are processed from the same day.
Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
If placed on a non-business day, processing begins on the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.
Processing may vary slightly during peak periods or unforeseen situations.
5. Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time is 6–10 business days from the date the order is dispatched.
Actual shipping time may vary depending on location, transit progress, and external conditions.

7. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once the order is dispatched.
Shipping progress can be checked on the selected carrier’s tracking platform.
8. Responsibility Statement
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, transit and delivery processes are managed by the carrier.
We will assist communication if delays, loss, or damage occur during shipping.
9. Receiving Guidelines
We recommend checking the parcel upon receipt.
If you notice damage, missing items, or other concerns, please contact the carrier or us as soon as possible with supporting information.
