If approved, we will notify you through your submitted contact details and provide the return address.
Step 3: Return the Product
Send the item back to the address provided and retain your shipping receipt for reference.

Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it based on your feedback.
If the item meets the return or exchange conditions, we will proceed as requested.
For exchanges, a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after the return has been confirmed.
Funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Shipping Cost Responsibility

Until the returned product is received and confirmed, responsibility for the condition of the item remains with you.
